What is RFAI Monitoring?
RFAI means Request for Additional Information. PACSmart monitors for new RFAIs and alerts your team quickly so you can respond with less disruption and better turnaround control.
Can you train us to run this internally?
Yes. Teams can be trained to manage workflows directly in PACSmart while still using targeted support when needed.
Are backups included?
Committees can export complete data sets, including filings, entries, and supporting operational records, as downloadable archives.
